
Clean Water Services (CWS) is a county service district organized under Chapter 451 of the Oregon Revised Statutes. CWS provides wastewater and stormwater collection and treatment in the Tualatin River Watershed. CWS is a government utility that is separately managed and financed from Washington County. As a county service district, the Washington County Commissioners serve as members of the CWS Board of Directors:

- Jerry Willey – District 4

The CWS Board of Directors holds standalone CWS Board meetings. Regular meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 9 am and the fourth Tuesday at 5:30 pm. To sign up to testify for up to 3 minutes or provide written comments to the Board, please follow the instructions below. The Board meets in a work session after the regular meeting on the second Tuesday, or as needed.
Note: Meetings are subject to change due to the Board’s schedule. Please refer to the posted agenda for the date, time, and location of meetings.
All meetings except executive sessions are streamed live on Zoom and the CWS YouTube channel. Regular business meetings are held in the auditorium at Washington County’s Charles D. Cameron Public Services Building, 155 North First Avenue, in Hillsboro. Work sessions are in the Board Work Session Room, 120D. Agendas for regular business meetings and work sessions are posted at least three business days before the meeting.
