A public meeting of the Budget Committee of Clean Water Services, a component unit of Washington County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 will take place on May 9, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at 155 North First Avenue, Hillsboro, Oregon in the Charles D. Cameron Public Services Building Auditorium.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the proposed budget by the respective Budget Committee members will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. This meeting is available for live-streaming from Washington County’s YouTube channel.
This Budget Committee meeting will also be available virtually on Zoom. To provide public testimony via Zoom by phone or online, you must register using the form link at https://forms.co.washington.or.us/form/public-testimony-sign-up. The public is also welcomed to submit questions or comments prior to the budget hearing and no later than May 3, 2024 by emailing: leaderk@cleanwaterservices.org.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected via the District’s website www.cleanwaterservices.org/budget on or after April 22, 2024.
