Notice of June 9 Hearing on Budget, Rates and Charges, and Salary Schedules 

A public meeting of the Clean Water Services Board of Directors will be held on June 9, 2026, at 9 am in the auditorium at Washington County’s Charles D. Cameron Public Services Auditorium at 155 N. First Avenue, in Hillsboro.  

This meeting is available for livestreaming on the CWS YouTube channel and will be available virtually on Zoom.

Members of the public are welcome to testify in person at the meeting. Upon arriving at the auditorium, fill out the sign-up sheet located near the entrance. To provide public testimony via Zoom, by phone, or online, you must notify Clean Water Services at least 2 hours before the meeting by emailing PublicMeetings@CleanWaterServices.org or calling 503.615.6241. The public is also welcome to email testimony no later than 2 p.m. on the Monday before the meeting by emailing PublicMeetings@CleanWaterServices.org.

During this meeting:

  • The Board will hold a public hearing, consider testimony, and vote on rates and charges for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026.
  • The Board will hold a public hearing, consider testimony, and vote on salary schedules for nonrepresented employees for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026.
  • The Board will hold a public hearing, consider testimony, and vote on the proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, as approved by the Clean Water Services Budget Committee.

All the items are available for review on the meeting agenda. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained on the District’s website cleanwaterservices.org/budget or at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, in Hillsboro, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
