A public meeting of the Budget Committee of Clean Water Services, a component unit of Washington County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 will take place on May 7, 2021, at 9 am. Due to COVID-19 guidelines this will be an online virtual meeting.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the proposed budget by the respective Budget Committee members will take place. Any person may electronically attend the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. This meeting is available for live-streaming from Washington County’s YouTube channel.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Budget Committee meetings are conducted virtually on Zoom. To provide public testimony via Zoom by phone or online, you must register using the form link. The public is also welcomed to submit questions or comments prior to the budget hearing and no later than May 3, 2021 by emailing Kathy Leader. There will not be an in-person public forum.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected via the District’s website cleanwaterservices.org/budget on or after April 26, 2021.
