Permits & Development

As your partners in development, we are here to help. From single family to sub-divisions our goal is to help get your permit in the most efficient way while protecting the Tualatin River Watershed.

Development Services' responsibilities include reviewing plans and issuing permits for erosion control, construction of or connection to the public sanitary and surface water management systems, and ensuring protection of Water Quality Sensitive Areas. Once projects are permitted, we also conduct site inspections. Whether you're looking for step-by-step guidance or a single application you'll find it here.
