Joe Gall joins Clean Water Services as the Chief Utility Relations Officer in May 2021. Gall spent the last nine years as the City Manager for the City of Sherwood. He is CWS’ first Chief Utility Relations Officer.
Gall will oversee the Regional Utility Services Department, a new department that will focus on strengthening relationships with CWS partners that include economic development and community planning, strategic integrated planning and policy development and utility intergovernmental relations to support regional water resources management.
“I am very excited to be joining the outstanding team at Clean Water Services in this new role for the organization,” Gall said. “I hope to help build a stronger partnership with the various customers CWS provides services to as a regional utility.”
Gall has over 32 years of civic management experience in the Pacific Northwest and New England. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a bachelor’s in Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati.
