STORMWATER BASIN MASTER PLANS
|
Project No. 6364
Clean Water Services is developing a Stormwater Basin Master Plan that will focus on an overall strategy to apply to stormwater management on a basin-wide scale. Under this plan, one basin will be evaluated each year and nine total basins have been proposed within the Tualatin River watershed. One of the main functions of the master plan will be utilization of natural landscape features to improve water quantity and quality and preservation of vegetative corridor, wetlands and floodplains. Other aspects of the plan include mapping of siltation and incision in creeks, modeling of flood attenuation, identifying project improvement on the pipe systems and regional facility planning.
