STORM SEWER DRAINAGE PROJECTS
|
Project No. 6346
The Washington County unincorporated area adjacent to and between Cedar Mill and North Johnson Creeks is prone to flooding in moderate storm events. The confluence area has complex surface water flooding concerns that require the additional analysis of the 2D hydrodynamic modeling extension available in XPSWMM. The objective of this model is to provide an accurate understanding of existing flooding issues and identify potential storm drainage improvement projects that are within the scope of the District services to reduce the flooding impacts to this area. This project builds on previous PCSWMM drainage plan efforts by identifying and prioritizing storm conveyance projects throughout the District.
