TV HIGHWAY CULVERT UPGRADE IN ALOHA

The District’s PCSWMM models have identified the culvert under Tualatin Valley Highway as capacity limited with a history of flooding.  The TV Highway Culvert Upgrade project in Aloha focuses on minimizing the localized flooding.  Clean Water Services will team with ODOT on this project and will bring in a subconsultant to perform the site survey and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.  In continuing the effort for healthy streams and fish passage, all culverts downstream of this project have already been replaced.
